Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order confirmation. Order cancellation will be approved only if your order has not been dispatched from our fulfilment centre. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of online payment. You can cancel an order by emailing us on care@jaipurmasalacompany.com within the time limit stating the reason for cancellation. In case of cancellation, we process the refund immediately. It takes 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your mode of payment.
Returns and Refunds
Due to consumable nature of the products, we do not accept exchange or returns on our products.
In the rare case where you might receive an incorrect product, you can request for a full refund. Please email us at care@jaipurmasalacompany.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with images of the incorrect product received. Such products will only be considered if they are in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. Jaipur Masala Company reserves the right to refuse return of the product after due investigation of images sent by customer.
Request for such refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged due to mishandling by the consumer.
- If the product has been used or altered.
- If a request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery.
